SLJ Week 1 Day 1

Hi. I'm doing Summer Learning Journey and this is week 1 day 1. I have included all 3 activities in one slide, so enjoy:)

My last blog post :(

This may be my last blog post of the year. I am now going off to Marist College and I'm very sad. I would like to thank all of my teachers. They were all great teachers. Also, my friends are very nice and supportive. My favourite thing about Owairaka is the chickens. I looked after Ginger Ninja, Bexie, Violet, Dusty, Pepper, Cream Puff, and Smokey. Sadly, Violet, Dusty, and Pepper have passed away. :,( Anyway, I had a brilliant time in Owai, and ya :)

We had to use 2d shapes in google drawing shapes. It was really fun. Maybe you should try it out!

🌈Rainbows end🌈

If you have a year 6 leadership role, you get to go to rainbows end at the end of the year. I went on all the rides except for the power surge and the gold rush. My favourite ride was the full stratosphere, because it was my first time and it was thrilling. The next time you go to rainbow's end, I recommend you going on the full stratosphere first. (Unless you're to short:) Here are a few pictures of us having fun.

Cultural festival!

Last Saturday, There was a cultural festival at rocket park. I was in the Cook Island group, and when we went on, there were technical difficulties and we had to stand on the stage for a while, before getting sent off. We eventually got sent back and we did great! I am very proud of myself. Here are a few pictures from the day.
