  1. Hi alodia, Alan here. I liked your blog post about what you would take, where you were born and the SPCA. It's interesting how only about 1 person per class does the summer learning journey.
Did you know that chinese is the most spoken language in the world?
you should visit my blog at https://odsalan.blogspot.com/

  2. Hello Alodia,

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I hope you have been enjoying this holiday period and have had some happy moments with your whanau. I was lucky enough to get away with my son and spend some quality time with him and my immediate family. We spent a lot of time at the beach enjoying the beautiful sunshine. Have you been to the beach this summer?

What a great idea including all of day 1’s activities in a GoogleSlide. This is such a creative thing to do and you have included so much colour and photos. It is visually beautiful to look at. For activity 1, you have made some smart decisions in terms of what food you are going to take on your sea voyage. I like that you have thought about how long the food will last and how convenient they would be on a boat. Also, I did not know that honey does not expire, that is a fascinating fact. Another fact I loved reading was in activity 2 where you highlighted that China is the shape of a chicken. I have never noticed that before! I really like how you have included fun facts especially since I had never heard of them before.

Thank you so much for putting in so much effort to your activities. It makes it really enjoyable to read when you have worked hard and included photos. Maybe next time you use images from the internet, it would be great if you could attribute the image - this just means copy the link from where you found the image and put it in an extra slide at the end of your presentation. How does that sound?

I cannot wait to see more of your activities,
    Megan :)

  3. Tālofa Lava Alodia,

My name is Kueni and I am one of the blog commenters working with the Summer Learning Journey this summer. How have your school holidays been so far?

What a lovely blog post you have shared with us of all of week one day ones activities, you have put so much effort and hard work into creating this google slide, I can tell!

I noticed that you haven't been active on your blog since before the Christmas break so I thought I'd just pop on your blog post today to see how you’ve been getting on.

Did you know that the program ends next Friday - 24th January. Don’t worry, you have plenty of time, I would love to see more posts like this one, your work is so good. Remember the more activities you do, the more points you get towards getting some epic prizes!

    Tofā Soifua,
    Kueni.
