Film festival 2019

Today we went to the film festival. It was so cool! We watched 14 short films that were all pretty good. Here are my top 3 favourite.



3.  Workout
Workout was about a gym sessions turns into like a beat kinda thing.

2.  1 METRE/HEURE, 2018
This was about snails dancing. It was very interesting.

1.   Kuap
Kuap is about a tadpole who doesn't turn into a frog while all his friends are changing. It 's kinda sad but at the end, it's a happy ending.

Bird Talk

This week is green week! This term's focus for green week is native birds. Yesterday, one of the old teachers from our garden to table came in and told us some stuff about native birds. I learnt that Possums were bought to NZ because their fur is very soft, and people would hunt them and make clothes with their fur. We got to pet a stuffed possum! I also learnt that tui's have to voice boxes.

The person who is my hero is Diana

This person is my hero because she has helped lots of people and helped lots of charities.

Two words that describe this person are Kind and Bold.

One thing the person does that I admire is she is so kind. I need to be more like her.

One way I can be more like my hero is by helping more people and being kind.

I haven’t really done anything heroic before, but I once had a dream were there was a fire and I was saving lots of little kids. It was a weird and funny dream.

Choose Tuesday reflection.

Every Tuesday this term, we did Choose Tuesday. Choose Tuesday is that there are about 15 activities, and you choose your 5 top favourite things. Mrs Oshea chooses which one you can get, and then on every Tuesday, you do that activity until the term's over. This term, I did science experiments because it sounded fun. We worked with Ms Green, fairy Judy, and Ms Johns. It was very fun. Here is a video.
